Make No Law (that is bull shit)

I always hate when laws are made in the mist of a sensitive situation with blatant disregard for the amendments. The Sedition Act (1798), Espionage Act (1917), and the Patriot Act (2001) are just that. They break the first amendment plane and simple, not to mention that these were all placed into effect during a sensitive situation like WAR. These “Acts” are just ways for are government to bully the people that speak out for what’s right. The worst so called “Act” is the Sedition Act. This "Act" states that any publications of false, scandalous and malicious writing is to be prosecuted as a serious misdemeanor, which can carry a hefty fine or even imprisonment. Wow, if that doesn’t totally negate the powers of the first amendment then I don’t know what does.
